Well, who the hell am I? My name is Kim Flintoff. I am 36 years old and live near Perth & Fremantle in Western Australia. If you want to see what there is to do in Perth click here for What's On Magazine Home Page - Perth and Fremantle. I like to watch TV too, so if you want to find out what I might be watching right now (or any time this week) you need to visit the Australia TV Guide - Perth. You might even find that you are interested in the weather in Perth.

I spend quite a bit of time cruising the WWW looking for useful Drama and education sites. I also get sucked in to spending a lot of time using Internet Relay Chat (IRC) to stay in touch with people around Australia and the world.

As you have probably gathered I am interested in Theatre and Drama. In fact, I completed my Graduate Diploma of Education (Secondary Drama/English) at Edith Cowan University in 1996 and now work in a Catholic college for boys. I also have a Bachelor of Arts (Theatre and Drama Studies) from Murdoch University. I have several years experience in Theatre production and have an interest in Magic and Theatre-In-Education. I hope, sometime in the future, to complete a Masters - I want to look at ways of introducing Computers into Drama. I am also webmaster for DramaWest - The Association of Drama Educators (Western Australia). I also maintain a small online business called DRAMABOOKS.

Currently I am very interested in Masks and how to use them in Drama education. I am presently experimenting with construction techniques and hope to soon publish some resources about the process. Ideally I am aiming at some simple tehniques that can be used within an average classroom. I feel it is important for students to have a sense of ownership when using masks.

For those of you who know who are into personality typing - I rate as an INTJ on The Kiersey Temperament Sorter. I have also completed a training at Practitioner level in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and am constantly looking at ways to improve my skills in that area
