Absolutely astonished to find this web site. And yes, I have ticks in the boxes for pretty much all of the experiences my fellow Kims have gone through, so I will spare your yawns by not recounting them.

I am actually a Kimberley and so have a rather special empathy with the smattering of similarly named fellows. A cousin of mine used to call me "Kim Bolton", which always rather puzzled me. However, I recently started some work in Cambridgeshire and was surprised to find a place similarly named. I mentioned this to my Mother and discovered that I have family in Ely, Cambridgeshire that I knew nothing of. So my (our) rather rare name has at least helped me find family previously lost to me.
