I was named after a movie that was showing when I was born. My father seen the title on a theater marquee and decided that is what my handle was to be. We moved to Ohio shortly after my birth. Wasn't bad growing up in a small rural town with 2-3 other guys named Kim. Seemed rather common then, or at least there. To this day I still run into some circumstances that make me chuckle. Like using a credit card and being asked if this is my wife's card and having to show ID that I am me. Puts a lot of people back, especially younger people. Never heard of a guy named Kim before they'll say..... well some of the names people have today I never heard of either. Of the guys I have run into over the years named Kim, nearly all were close to my age. Must have been something about the 50's
